Learn The Minor Pentatonic Scales

Learn The Minor Pentatonic Scales

Click here to watch videoHey Bharath,

The Minor Pentatonic scale, like the Major Pentatonic has 5 notes.

It's a minor scale with the 2nd and 6th notes omitted.

Again, this makes it very easy for the student to improvise and gain confidence.

The scale works great over any minor chord or even dominant 7 chords.

The whole/half step pattern for the Minor Pentatonic scale is:

1 ½ W W 1 ½ W

Below you'll find 4 efficient fingerings for this scale. Two are based on the 6th string form and two are based on the 5th string form.

Scale Mastery ...

Scale MasteryDo you cringe with fear when you hear the word "scales"?

From the feedback of surveyed guitarists the common struggles with scales is that they just don't understand them at all and find it difficult to use them in your playing.

Sounds quite complex and difficult just to begin with and you haven't even started learning it yet.

With the right guidance you can make learning about scales, easy and improve your playing all at the same time.

That is why we created a course that is tailored to this exact topic.
