Talk Nerdy to Me
As a child of the sixties and seventies, I basically grew up with the Muppets--first "Sesame Street," then "The Muppets Show." Since that classic TV show went off the air, the Muppets have fallen off my radar... This week's top story has got me humming the Muppets' theme song again. Senior Editor Tim Moynihan interviews Max Ivins, the technical wizard in charge of visual effects for the new movie. Ivans goes into great detail about how he and his team managed to make old-fashioned human-manipulated Muppets come alive and bring puppetry into the 21st century.
